Order Info & Policies

EXTERIOR:
The exterior of the cooler bags is a heavy coated 600 polyester material.
Both materials are water-resistant.
Both materials demonstrate excellent qualities for durability, longevity and functionality.

INTERIOR:
The vinyl liner is produced for the Ice’N’Tote™ to provide excellent working properties required for use.
The seams will not fail at extended temperatures as well as excellent performance at lower temperatures.
The material demonstrates excellent properties at temperatures up to 140° Fahrenheit and still remains pliable at lower temperatures with a cold crack of minus 32° Fahrenheit.

SILK SCREENING:
Cooler bags may have a company or product logo silk-screened on the bag.
Customer will provide camera-ready artwork in black and white or color separations.
The maximum number of colors per logo is six.
No charge for custom color matching.
The customer, prior to production of the order, must approve a sample of new artwork.

EMBROIDERY:
Embroidery is available for personalization of individual bags.
Embroidery charges are based on a one-time digitization charge.
Run charge is based on the total number of stitches in the logo.
A sample of the logo must be supplied prior to quote.
Panels or exteriors can be sent to customer for embroidery.
This procedure incurs additional freight charges and can cause delays in production.

ORDERS:
All orders must be confirmed in writing or by facsimile from customer.
No order is considered valid until written confirmation is received.
No order shipped until credit references are received and processed.
If delivery date does not allow time for new order credit reference processing the order will be shipped UPS COD.

SAMPLES:
Samples available on request.
Samples are priced by last column pricing.

PRODUCTION TIME:
Normal production time is four weeks from receipt of order.
There are no rush charges provided the customer’s request is reasonable and does not interfere with current production and shipping.

SHIPPING:
All shipping is UPS ground unless otherwise specified by customer in purchase order.
All freight charges are FOB Factory.
Drop shipping is available upon request.
Additional carton charges apply to drop shipments.
Individual carton charges are $1.25 each plus applicable freight.
