Below are some guidelines to follow when orderings finishing services from BEI.
Embroidery
 
  • Digitization Charges: Converting your image to digital is based on the number of stitches in the image. This is a one-time charge. Digitizing charges will be reassessed if logo is changed or modified after approval. Your logo on computer disk is not the admeasuring your logo digitized in embroidery language.
  • PMS Color Matching: No Charge. Matching is based on the thread manufacturer conversion chart. Thread colors must be identified before logo can be sewn.
  • Colors: Maximum number of colors per logo is twelve (12)
  • Art Charges: $40.00 per hour. Minimum one hour. If artwork requires cleanup or Modifications a charge will be accessed. Notification of charges will be given prior to work.
  • Sewing Charges: The sew charge for the logo is based on the number of stitches in the logo. Charges apply to each location the logo is sewn. Metallic threads will incur an additional charge.
  • File Requirements
    • Artwork: Artwork may be a color image on paper or pre-digitized file.
    • Pre-digitized files should be in DST, CND or EXP format.
    • Printed images may be sent via UPS, Fed-X or postal service. Digital images, including pre-digitized files, maybe emailed directly to embroidery director at threads@icentote.com
Silk Screening
 
  • Screen Charges: Initial screen creation $40.00 per color. This is a one-time charge. Screen charges will be reassessed if screen is modified after approval.
  • PMS Color Matching: No Charge
  • Colors: Maximum number of colors per logo is six (6)
  • Art Charges: $40.00 per hour. Minimum one hour. If artwork requires cleanup or modifications a charge will be accessed. Notification of charges will be given prior to work.
  • Print Charges: $0.75 each color each location.
  • File Requirements:
    • Artwork may be a color image or black and white separations on paper.
    • A fax is not considered acceptable artwork.
    • A color Composite of logo must be sent with order.
    • Digital artwork should be in PSD, EPS or TIFF files. Minimum resolution of 300 dpi. (Screen shots of web images are not sufficient)
    • Printed images may be sent via UPS, Fed-X or postal service. Digital images can be e-mailed to graphics@icentote.com
